Specific scope, pricing, and deliverables are defined per project in a written agreement, proposal, or invoice. These Terms apply in addition to any project-specific agreement.

3. Payments

• Setup fees and subscriptions must be paid as agreed before work begins or continues.

• Late or failed payments may result in paused work, paused hosting, or suspended access.

• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide timely access to content, assets, and approvals.

• Ensure you have the rights to any content you provide.

• Review and approve work in a reasonable timeframe.

Delays in your responses may delay delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

• Once paid in full, you own the final website content and design created specifically for you, unless otherwise agreed.

• We retain ownership of our internal tools, frameworks, code libraries, and systems used to deliver the service.

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

6. Hosting & Availability

We aim to keep hosted sites online and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers, infrastructure failures, or events outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages.

• Business interruption caused by site downtime or bugs.

• Issues caused by third-party services (hosting, email, APIs, payment providers, etc).

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the last 3 months of service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice per the terms of the current agreement. Outstanding balances remain due.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services means you accept the updated version.
