Purpose After Sports
- Replaced a Wix site where outdated plugins were eating into Mickey's actual work time
- Automated the post-sale questionnaire that she had been manually emailing every customer
- Nutrition plans, workout PDFs, and merch all handled with different fulfillment logic automatically
- Built for former athletes who want to stay structured after their playing days end
This one came through a personal connection. Aaron’s fiancée is friends with Mickey, the owner of Purpose After Sports. Her site was on Wix and it was technically working, but a couple of outdated plugins had started breaking parts of it. She was spending just as much time dealing with the website as she was actually running her business.
That is not a website problem. That is a tax on your time that compounds every week.
What She Was Actually Doing
Mickey’s process after a sale was manual by design, because that is how Wix had forced it to be. Someone would buy a nutrition plan. She would email them a questionnaire. They would fill it out and send it back. She would take their answers and build out their plan from there.
It worked, but every single sale created a task for her. When the volume picked up, that task list picked up with it.
During the initial conversations, Aaron asked how she handled each product type and where the handoffs happened. The nutrition plan questionnaire workflow was the thing that jumped out immediately as something that should not require her attention at all.
How It Works Now
When someone buys a nutrition plan, they automatically get an email with the questionnaire attached. They fill it out, submit it, and it comes to Mickey without her having to do anything between the purchase and receiving their answers. The same logic applies to workout plan PDFs, which go out automatically on purchase. Physical merch ships normally with flat rate pricing and size options.
The new site is clean and visually professional. Bold design, easy to navigate, built to match the brand Mickey had already created. A custom cart, Stripe for payments, and automated emails through Resend handle the backend. She does not have to think about any of it.

Purpose After Sports serves former athletes who want to stay structured after their playing days end. The site needed to feel serious and aspirational without being intimidating. That balance came through in the typography, the layout, and the way the products are presented. Mickey now has a site that works as hard as she does.
